MINDSET THERAPY

Founded by Korri Shefa, MA, RP, Mindset Therapy was built on the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Our clinic provides personalized, evidence-based psychotherapy in a warm, collaborative environment where clients can safely explore life’s challenges and work toward lasting growth.

Our team offers virtual therapy across Ontario for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, OCD, infertility, and life’s many transitions. Every client is thoughtfully matched with a therapist whose approach and expertise align with their unique needs and goals.
